Terms of Service – La Mer Noire

In addition to physical products, La Mer Noire may offer services such as styling advice, made-to-order items, pre-orders, or personalized services.

 

• All services must be paid in full in advance

• Personalized or made-to-order services are excluded from the right of withdrawal

• Cancellations are not possible once the service has been confirmed

• No refunds will be issued in the event of no-shows or early termination by the customer

 

La Mer Noire is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction regarding style, taste, or aesthetic interpretation.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
