Return Policy – La Mer Noire

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for returns:

 

• Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage

 

Non-returnable items:

 

• Sale items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Worn or washed items

 

Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
