Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy – La Mer Noire

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for returns:

 

• Return shipping costs are €3,95 for orders from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For all other countries, return shipping costs are €9,95

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage

 

Non-returnable items:

 

• Sale items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Worn or washed items

 

Once the return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.
